1. Age Requirement (21+)

In accordance with federal and Kansas state laws, you must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages, browse this website, or use any of our services. By using this platform, you affirm that you are of legal drinking age. Valid government-issued photo identification is strictly required upon order pickup or delivery. Failure to provide proof of age will result in the immediate cancellation of your order.

2. Orders and Cancellations

All orders placed through our storefront are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or limit order quantities at our sole discretion.

        Important Note on Cancellations: If an order is placed and subsequently cancelled before fulfillment, payment processing fees may be deducted from your total refund amount to cover non-refundable merchant fees.
    

3. Compliance with Local Laws

Liquor Empire operates strictly under the regulations set forth by the Kansas Department of Revenue Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC). All sales are finalized on licensed premises, and title to the goods passes to the buyer in accordance with state regulations.

Liquor Empire shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, or for any unauthorized access to your account data.
