The Christian Brothers Frost White is a sparkly white blended wine. The blend consists of Chenin Blanc, Muscat, Colombard, and Chardonnay grapes. It has a light, off-dry taste on the palate, with sweet melon and tropical fruit characters. Subtle notes of flowers, honey, nutmeg, and herbs give the wine a pleasant depth of flavour. The finish is smooth and fresh. This wine is best served well chilled and pairs great with fruit salads, creamy cheeses, and seafood dishes.
